Session starting from March 18, 2024

Columbia School has been supporting the online needs of schools and their students for more than a decade. We are part of a massive global network of more than 36,000 schools in 85 countries. It is accredited by Cognia, NCA CASI, NWAC, and SACS CASI. It is registered with the state of Florida and The College Board. The curriculum followed is approved by NCAA and courses are approved to fulfill A-G subject requirements for admission to universities in the University of California system. For qualifying students, Columbia School also guarantees admission to at least one of 17 high-ranking partner universities in the U.S.

Carolina Education has been promoting experiential learning to students in Pakistan and Turkey through accredited educational institutions in the US. Columbia School has formed an exclusive partnership with Carolina Education with the aim to simplify US university admissions, making students’ academic journey smoother and more accessible.

Yes, our program is open to all the students who aspire to study at US universities. Guaranteed admission and a $1500 scholarship are exclusively for non-US citizens. However, students with US citizenship will be fully supported and guided for financial aid & admissions in the US system.

Columbia School is associated with International University Alliance which allows its certificate graduates with a minimum 2.5 GPA to secure admission to at least one of our 17 partner universities in the U.S. University Pathways Certificate not only guarantees admission but allows students to bypass standardized tests such as ACT, TOEFL, IELTS, or SAT and lengthy essays required for admissions.

Upon successful completion, students will receive a certificate as a recognition of their dedication and the skills they have acquired during the program. This very certificate will be used for admission to our partner US universities.

The certificate obtained will remain valid throughout and after the high school duration, which typically spans 3+ years but can be extended on demand.

The program follows a structured schedule with fixed timelines for assignments, assessments, and lectures. Students are expected to view the lectures before each class, write down the queries and ask them during classes delivered by local teachers.

To be eligible for enrollment, applicants typically need to be in high school or a high school graduate and must be fluent in English. Though 9th graders may enroll, the coursework may present greater challenges for students of that age.

We provide comprehensive support to our students throughout the program. This includes access to course materials, interactive discussion forums, and personalized guidance from qualified instructors. Our instructors are available to answer questions, provide feedback on assignments, and offer assistance whenever needed. Additionally, technical support is available to ensure a smooth online learning experience.

Students will be allocated 10 sessions with a counselor from the United States, each lasting for 30 minutes. During these sessions, the counselor will offer guidance on choosing suitable universities and majors based on the student’s preferences. If the student does not find any interest in our partnered 17 universities, the counselor will provide assistance in applying to 45 other international universities with which we have affiliations. Additionally, the counselor will make earnest efforts to secure scholarships for the student at these alternative institutions.

Competent local teachers who have undergone comprehensive training by experienced professionals from the Columbia School will be assisting throughout the course via live sessions, email, and chat. The size of one class will be no more than 6 to 8 students so that the teacher can really focus on everyone.

While there is no refund policy for students who choose to withdraw from the program, we offer the option to secure their position by placing it on hold. This means that if a student needs to temporarily pause their studies for personal or other reasons, they can request to hold their position in the program. This allows them to resume their studies at a later date without needing to reapply.

We are proud to state that all our partner universities are highly regarded institutions, which increases the probability of getting a US visa. However, it is important to note that we do not guarantee or represent the U.S. government in providing the student visa.

After the first session, we will continue to offer the University Pathways Certificate, along with several other highly beneficial programs designed specifically to enhance students’ chances of getting admitted to universities in the United States. These programs will be available all year long, allowing students to start whenever they want.

Parents will get their own credentials for the portal, and from there they can track their child’s progress easily.
